Kita mulai dari jalan Hankam setu, jalan alternatif ini menghubungkan jalan Setu Cipayung Jakarta timur dengan Jalan Hankam raya. Sungguh luar biasa becek dan bergoyang, jalan ini mengitari area sebelah utara Kompleks Militer Cilangkap dan terdapat sungai Cipayung.
